Introduction
Precast Concrete Cable Cover as per IS 5820: 1970 is generally used as a protective slab against damage to the buried electricity, telephone or other cables thus eliminating the risk of accidents. These cable cover also offer personal protection to site operatives. Electric Tiles are precast concrete tiles/ covers imprinted with the indented warning legend Danger lettering and internationally recognized sign. At BRHC, Cable covers are manufactured in various standard sizes to fit in the needs of different industries according to Bureau of Indian standard IS 5820:1970.
